What is your cancellation policy? |

Upon thirty days notice
of cancellation we will refund the entire deposit.
Less than thirty days notice of cancellation no deposit
refund.

What forms of payment do you accept for booking reservations? |

We accept personal checks
for your deposit and the balance due forty-five days prior to arrival. Once you book your reservation, we will send an
invoice to your email address, there will be a
waiting time for the check to clear before we confirm your reservation. Upon
arrival you must pay any balance due in either cash or travelers checks, NO
PERSONAL CHECKS or Credit Cards accepted.

Our Privacy Statement:
Tropical Ventures Inc. will not, now or in the future,
sell, give away, or otherwise release to any third party any personal
information you provide to us via this web site. We feel that your sense of
security and privacy is of paramount importance, and we will do all we can
to ensure that we do not breach that sense of trust.
We do, however, monitor the site traffic and analyze
which pages are popular, which are not, what areas of the country or the
world our traffic is coming from, and the like. Your movements within the
site therefore are part of this analysis, but at no point in this analysis
does your actual identity become known.
Your personal information remains secure, accessible
only to our us and the owners of properties for which we act as agents for
the purposes of fulfilling your booking requests and customer service.

Booking:
We require a 20% deposit to
confirm reservations. Please make checks payable to: Shari Cotton.
Your balance is due forty-five days prior to your arrival.
Upon your arrival you
must pay any balance due with travelers checks or cash ONLY.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and
check-out is 10 a.m.
